>> in other fortune 500 company pulling its headquarters out of the baltimore area. black and decker shareholders approved a merger which will have a combined corporate headquarters in connecticut. it could eliminate 250 jobs here. we have more in the project economy report. >> it is the end of a corporate era in baltimore county. >> this was a deal that the shareholders got was too good to pass up. >> the approved a merger with stanley works tool company creating the country's largest toolmaker. connecticut beat out a baltimore county as the side of the combined headquarters. >> this is because the stanley stock price is doing better than the stock price of black & decker.

they have not release information as to what have -- might have led to the shooting. they are searching for the shooter. a man was stabbed around 5:00 yesterday afternoon on main avenue. he was taken to the hospital for treatment. no word on the motive or a suspect. >> a 16 year-old boy is behind bars charged with murder. police say he shot a man as part of a gang initiation. >> gunfire rang out on pochard avenue last december in baltimore. the victim was shot multiple times in the head. police arrested a another teenager this week. it shows that ward died as part of an initiation. >> detectives were able to conduct their investigation. they found a name of the person

responsible for killing the teenager. the identified an individual with the nickname. >> investigators charged him with first-degree murder. the grandmother does not think that he is violent or killed anybody. >> he would never do anything violent or anything like that or try to hurt anybody. >> detectives believe that he may have been trying to become a member of a gang and was following orders. >> this was part of a gang initiation where he was ordered to kill the victim. >> why he was chosen is still a mystery. >> we do not know why he was the target of this. it may have been an opportunity because he was at that place the teenager was ordered to shoot and kill someone. they are still trying to

-- a flood watch. it is because of the storm that moved in yesterday. we continue to be under its influence today. the biggest problem is winds are coming from the east. there is an issue with flooding. there is water on the western shore of the bay. we are expecting heavy rains in some areas along with a saturated ground which could lead to fighting as well. rain, wind, potential for flooding. this will be with us all day long today. tomorrow, it will not be quite as intense. it will at this coming up in a few minutes. >> black and decker is pulling
